Cooking for a "living" is a symptom. Stating that

INSANITY
It's like being addicted to weapons grade narcotics but no one wants or feels the need to intervene. It's exhausting, dirty and often thankless. So why do it? Not the glamour, cuz where in the kitchen do we keep that?
Well, chances are, YOU'RE FUCKING CRAZY. Mostly though, you're out of your mind obsessed with food. Which is a good thing. Says me...
So I write. You might say I write about my specific "case study". I write about my cooking ... and occasionally, lack there of. About school. About the industry. About all the dynamic and similarly afflicted people I meet. I mean, come on, cooking in the New York city?!?! With all the banana-nut-shit crazy people in it (Manhattan is hilarious), how can it not be therapeutic?
Finally, I'm on the other side of those kitchen doors! You know, COOKING, for those lazies that brunch... Fml, I think I love it.
